Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the booking and use of event spaces and ancillary services offered by Meetspace, operated by Khasnis Prime Wealth Pvt. Ltd. ("Meetspace", "we", "our", or "us"), located at 101, RL Corporate Space, Plot No. 14, RPTS Road, Mate Square, Kotwal Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440022. By submitting a proposal request, confirming a booking, or using our venue, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered tentatively held only upon written confirmation by a Meetspace Corporate Coordinator via WhatsApp, email, or other written communication.
- A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the applicable advance payment or signed confirmation as communicated in the proposal.
- Meetspace reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking request at its sole discretion prior to confirmation.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is provided in the individualised proposal issued by our coordinators. Published information on our website is indicative only and not a binding offer.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
- Payment terms, advance amounts, and due dates will be specified in the confirmed proposal. Meetspace reserves the right to withhold services if payment terms are not met.
- Consolidated invoicing covers venue hire, AV infrastructure, and any catering tier selected. No hidden charges will be levied beyond the confirmed proposal amount, except for additional services requested on the day of the event.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified in the individual booking proposal and confirmation.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the proposal.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated to Meetspace in writing (WhatsApp or email) at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies — will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the aim of a fair resolution for both parties.
5. Use of the Venue
- The venue may only be used for the purpose stated in the booking confirmation (e.g., corporate seminar, board meeting, training session).
- Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests and attendees during the event. Any damage caused to the venue, furniture, AV equipment, or fittings by the Client or their attendees will be charged to the Client at full replacement or repair cost.
- The venue is a professional corporate space. Noise levels, conduct, and activities must remain appropriate to the nature of a corporate event at all times.
- External catering, alcohol, or substances not permitted by Meetspace management are not allowed on the premises.
- The Client shall not sub-let or transfer their booking to a third party without prior written consent from Meetspace.
6. AV & Equipment
All AV equipment provided by Meetspace is for use within the venue during the confirmed booking period. Clients must not tamper with, relocate, or connect unauthorised devices to the venue's AV or network infrastructure without prior approval. Meetspace will endeavour to resolve any technical issues promptly but accepts no liability for disruptions caused by third-party equipment or internet connectivity beyond our infrastructure.
7. Catering
In-house catering services provided by Meetspace are prepared to the highest hygiene and quality standards. Clients with specific dietary requirements must inform us at the time of booking. Meetspace will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation in all circumstances. External catering is not permitted on the premises.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
- Meetspace provides the venue and associated services as a platform for your event. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or outcome of the event itself.
- Meetspace shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of the venue or any service failure beyond our reasonable control.
- The Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and conduct of their attendees on the premises.
- Meetspace carries adequate premises liability insurance. However, Clients are advised to arrange their own event liability insurance for high-attendance or high-value events.
- Items left on the premises before or after an event are at the Client's own risk. Meetspace is not responsible for loss or damage to the Client's property.
9. Photography & Recording
Clients may photograph or record their events for internal use. Publication of content featuring Meetspace branding, interiors, or staff on public platforms requires prior written consent from Meetspace. Meetspace may photograph events for its own promotional use with prior notice to the Client; this can be opted out of at the time of booking.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or a booking with Meetspace shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
11. Amendments
Meetspace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the venue or website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
