Booking
How do I check availability and get a quote?
Fill out the Request a Proposal form with your date, space, and headcount. We'll confirm availability and send you a detailed quote within 2 business hours.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 5–7 working days for most events. For large seminars or full-day programs, 2 weeks notice is ideal so we can prepare the catering and setup properly.
Can I hold a date while I get internal approval?
Yes. We can hold your preferred date for up to 48 hours. Just message us on WhatsApp or submit the form and let us know.
Are weekends available?
Monday to Saturday, yes. Sunday is available on request — just mention it when you enquire.
Spaces & Setup
What is the capacity of each space?
The Seminar Suite fits 15–50 guests. The Executive Boardroom is for up to 10 people. Both can be booked together if you need a main hall and a breakout room.
Can I visit before booking?
Absolutely. Call us or WhatsApp +91 86006-89189 to schedule a quick walkthrough.
What AV is included?
4K display screen, professional sound system, lapel and handheld microphones, and enterprise Wi-Fi. A staff member is available throughout to handle any AV needs.
Catering & Pricing
Is food arranged in-house?
Yes. We have our own catering team. No need to coordinate with outside vendors — everything is billed together in one invoice.
What food options are available?
Three options: Space Only (no food), Morning Breakfast (local and continental with tea/coffee), or Full Day (breakfast + buffet lunch + afternoon high-tea). We can also accommodate vegetarian, Jain, and other dietary needs.
How is pricing determined?
It depends on the space, duration, and catering option you choose. Request a proposal and we'll send you an itemised quote with no hidden charges.
